FRP/GRP molded septic tank is an ideal tank for toilet drainage when there is no sewage treatment system and construction chain. 0.5m³-2.5m³ septic tank is suitable for toilet drainage and multi-family houses. Larger septic tanks are used in urban residential areas, rural areas, supermarkets, hotels, etc.

SMC septic tank structure
The three-chamber septic tank consists of three connected tanks. The volume ratio of each tank is 2:1:3 in principle. The two middle ones are connected by fecal pipes. The septic tank is a primary treatment facility that uses the principles of sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation to remove suspended matter in domestic sewage. Domestic sewage contains a large amount of impurities such as feces, paper scraps, parasites, etc. The suspended matter concentration is 100-350mg, and the organic matter concentration BOD5 is between 100 and 400mm, of which the suspended organic matter BOD is 50 to 200mg. After 12 to 24 hours of sedimentation, 50% to 60% of suspended solids can be removed from sewage in the septic tank. After sedimentation, the sludge undergoes anaerobic digestion for more than 3 months, so that organic matter is decomposed into stable inorganic matter, and the easily decayed raw sludge is converted into cooked sludge, which changes the sludge structure and reduces the water content of the sludge. It is regularly removed and transported to landfill or reused as fertilizer.

Mold design and preparation
The production process starts with mold design. According to the shape and size requirements of the product, high-precision molds are designed and manufactured. The mold is made of high-strength steel to ensure accuracy during multiple uses.

Raw material preparation
High-quality glass fiber and resin are selected as raw materials. The glass fiber reinforced material ensures the structural strength of the product through optimized arrangement; the resin gives the septic tank excellent chemical corrosion resistance and durability.

Molding

Demolding and finishing
