Product Description

 fiberglass rod is a composite material manufactured through pultrusion process, using glass fiber reinforced resin matrix, with excellent comprehensive performance. This process can modify the resin system and increase the glass content, making the product lightweight and high-strength (density 1.8-2.1g/cm ³, tensile strength 327MPa), corrosion-resistant (acid, alkali, salt and oil resistance, marine environment life of 25 years), high temperature resistant (long-term working temperature above 300 ℃), and insulating (dielectric strength ≥ 20kV/mm). Compared to steel, it is 75% -80% lighter in weight, has comparable or even higher strength (up to three times that of steel), and has a maintenance cycle extended to five years. With the flexibility of the pultrusion process, products can be customized according to different application needs, with a longer and safer service life.
