FRP cooling towers are corrosion-resistant, high-strength, light-weight, small in size, small in footprint, beautiful and durable, easy to transport, install and maintain, and therefore widely used in cooling water circulation systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, air compressor stations, heating furnaces, and condensation processes in various sectors of the national economy.
Water is dispersed downward through the tower body, while air is sucked into the tower. The mixture of air and water causes a small portion of the water to evaporate, taking away the heat in the water. This heat is transferred to the air. The air is pumped out of the top of the tower and discharged into the atmosphere. The resulting cold water is then circulated back to the heat source in a continuous cycle.
There are two types of cooling towers: cross-flow and counter-flow
Counter-flow FRP cooling towers use counter-flow gas heat exchange technology, and the filler uses high-quality modified polyvinyl chloride corrugated plates to expand the water spraying area. The rotating water distribution method is adopted to make the water evenly distributed and enhance the cooling effect.
