FRP septic tank
A feces treatment facility made of FRP.
It is divided into two types: rot pool type and long aeration type.
According to the treatment object and the number of people using the toilet, there are various specifications ranging from 5 to 100 people.
The appearance is cylindrical and rectangular, and the interior is composed of a digestion chamber, an oxidation chamber, a medicine tank, a disinfection chamber, etc.
The shell of a small septic tank consists of two upper and lower FRP shell components.
Generally, hand paste and injection molding are used, and sheet molding can also be used.
It has the advantages of light weight, good sealing, simple production, strong and durable, high economic benefits, and convenient construction.
It is used in residential buildings and office buildings without centralized sewer facilities for toilet sewage treatment.
A septic tank is a small, simple sewage treatment facility with a rectangular or circular body. When sewage passes through a septic tank, the flow rate decreases, and the suspended matter in the water gradually sinks into the tank and becomes sludge. Due to the action of anaerobic bacteria in the tank, organic matter can be degraded and digested under anaerobic conditions, and the sludge is decomposed into gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide and mud residue. When the bubbles rise to the surface of the water, they can bring some of the sludge out of the water, gradually accumulate and dry up, forming a sludge layer several tens of centimeters thick. After the sewage is treated, the effluent is clearer and the water quality has improved to a certain extent, but there is still a heavy stench and pollution.
Septic tanks combine sedimentation and digestion in one pool, with simple equipment and easy operation. They were often used in the past to treat small amounts of sewage. However, it is precisely because of the various shortcomings of septic tanks that they are now replaced by integrated, one-piece closed equipment, which is a more environmentally friendly sewage lifting device.
It is more durable than plastic and concrete materials and has the best long-term use effect, especially waterproof performance, because concrete is not waterproof, while fiberglass is an impermeable material component. Compared with plastic, fiberglass septic tanks are indeed worth the money, because fiberglass will not bend, and the groundwater pressure will be much stronger than the base.

There are two types, one is the molding process and the other is the winding process, as shown in the figure below.

Operating Process:
The primary anaerobic chamber serves to accept fresh feces, anaerobically ferment, decompose, and separate the layers, consisting of top scum, middle liquid, and bottom sludge. It also captures and settles parasitic eggs.

The secondary anaerobic chamber continues to capture and settle parasitic eggs, facilitates deeper anaerobic fermentation.

The disinfection and egg-killing clarification tank primarily serves the purpose of clarification, ensuring that the discharged wastewater is environmentally safe.
 
Domestic wastewater enters the septic tank through the upper inlet, settling within the tank. As the wastewater flows through the baffles in the septic tank and is treated using the principles of septic tank theory, and filtration, it extends the retention time in the tank. The contact and degradation time between the wastewater and settled sludge are prolonged, and the wastewater comes into contact with the microorganisms in the filter. The organic pollutants in the wastewater are biologically broken down and digested, effectively achieving the purification and treatment of the wastewater
